Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges should be made within 30 days of receipt of the
item. Please return an item as soon as you decide that you are unhappy
with it. However, you can always return an item that is in new condition.
We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to return a gift within
30 days. There is no restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping.
We will refund the full amount on any returned item. There will be no refund or exchange on any damaged or abused item. Once you put pins on an item it is yours. This means that if you send an item to us with pin holes in it we will send it back to you and you will not receive a refund. Just hold off on the pins, patches and embroidery until you are sure you want to keep the item.
If you do choose to return or exchange an item please include a completed copy of the Returns & Exchanges form with each item. All returns should be sent UPS ground, there is no need to use a more expensive method.

Custom Orders
We will try to fit anyone. If your measurements fall outside of those
listed on our size charts, please call us at (416) 255-1976 to discuss
placing a special order.
In making a special order we commonly add or subtract length from the body or the sleeves (any amount). For example, you could have a regular length body with long arms. We can also make a jacket that is one size in the chest and another size in the waist. Pockets, belts, lacing, braid, or epaulets can be removed or added, as you wish. A variety of colors are available. Most items are available in three choices of hardware: gunmetal black, brass, or aluminum. There are some exceptions to the above.
Please note that special orders require 3 to 8 additional weeks to process. Additional fees may apply to special orders.
Security
All transactions conducted through onthefringeleather.com use Secure Socket
Layers (SSLs) technology to encrypt your information as it is transfered
to us.
Secure Socket Layers is the highest standard of web encryption and ensures that your information cannot be intercepted and used by anyone else. To ensure that SSLs are enabled look for an unbroken lock or closed key in the lower left hand corner of your browser. You can also tell that SSLs are active by looking at the URL or location line of your browser, the first characters will have changed from "http" to "https" when you have entered a secure section of a site.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit card company cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of unauthorized or fraudulent charges to a credit card. If your bank does hold you liable for any amount up to $50, On the Fringe Leather will cover the liability imposed on you, up to $50. On the Fringe Leather will cover this amount only if the unauthorized use of your credit card occurred at onthefringeleather.com and through no fault of your own.
Privacy
On the Fringe Leather does not share any information collected from it's customers with anyone, ever. The information you give us will only be used to contact you in case we need to communicate with you about an order you placed with us.

Our shopping cart system uses cookies. The only information we collect
using cookies is what items you have placed in your shopping cart.
